In total, we have beds for 30 people - 22 in The Dorm Rooms and 8 in The Cottage. The Dorm Rooms comfortably sleep 7 couples, with single bunks above the double beds and some rooms with a trundle as well. The bunks and trundles are ideal for children bunking in with their parents, or even for adults wishing to bunk a few in together to save on accommodation costs.

We are located at 3 Huggets Road, Maffra West Upper. Our Homestead is close to the local townships of Maffra and Heyfield, and surounded by many local attractions such as Lake Glenmaggie, Pearsons Point Lookout, and many hiking/bike trails.

We don’t take any bookings for camping only on our property, however we are open to discuss the option of adding a few extra swags, tents or caravans to a Homestead booking. Please note that we only have facilities for a certain amount of guests, so large amounts of extra people camping isn’t possible.

Yes! We are an unlicensed venue, so you are welcome to bring your own alcohol. We recommend bringing Eskys or hiring a cool room. Guests are also welcome to use our big old style Esky - you just need to bring the ice!

Linen is not supplied in the Dorm Rooms - ask us for the bedding configuration before your stay so that you know what sized bedding to bring along.

All linen is provided in The Cottage, so there is no need for guests who are staying in the cottge to bring linen.

Yes, there is a $300 cleaning/damage bond on top of your accommodation rates. If the property is left clean and undamaged, you will receive your bond back into the account provided within 7 days.
